2013-2016 - Doctorate in history, Department of History of Ukraine, Faculty of History, V. N. Karazin National University, Kharkiv, Ukraine. Supervisor - Volodymyr Kulikov. Dissertation: "Political Humour of Soviet Ukraine in 1941-1991 (on the Example of the Magazine "Perets")". Date of thesis defense - 07.10.2016.

1.12.2023 - 31.11.2025 - faculty member in the Faculty of History and the Arts at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, working on book project about inappropriate humour in Ukraine in the 20th and 21st centuries.
1.04.2022 - 30.06. 2023 - Fellowship in Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich (Germany), implementing my project on the study of black humour during the war in Ukraine.
2020 – 2023 – participation in the Teaching Excellence Programme (British Council Ukraine):

2018 to the present, member of the International Association of Humanitarians.
2017 - 2018 - prepared monograph manuscript for publication (funded by the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies (CIUS) and an Academic grant from the Kovalsky Program).
2016-2023 - Teaching "History of Ukraine and Ukrainian Culture" and "Political Science" courses at the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport.
